Raw material arriving from suppliers is automatically quarantined and cannot be released to production without quality approval. Data from weighing and laboratory instruments (balances, spectrophotometers, titrators) flows directly into the system over RS232/WebSocket, eliminating manual data entry errors. Recipes uploaded via CSV are weighed within tolerance limits, with weights confirmed by the hardware; staff cannot move to the next step without completing the current one. An advanced audit trail, soft-delete and reason-for-change architecture keeps the system ready for FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP audits at all times.
